I have been reading several posts about wanting a stingray to sound like a bongo or wanting active over passive. I think what is called for is a double neck musicman with a bongo and a stingray or maybe better yet a triple neck with a big al, a bongo and a stingray together. Of course we would have to start working out with Lou Ferigno but the tone would be infinite. Now the decision would be, which one on top and which one on bottom.

It needs to be triple-necked because one of them will have to be an unlined ebony fretless.

You will need Stingray 2EQ, Bongo and 25th/BigAL electronics packages included all switchable between any of the three necks.

The necks will be "clip-on(TM)" so you can switch the ordering to suit personal preference.

And available at a special Knucklehead price (in Dargie 2) of sub-$1k

It will weigh 29ibs and hang down to your knees but such is the price of complete tonal freedom

Ah, the legendary Albongray Dee-luxe, crafted for ultimate tone mastery and permanently stooped shoulders. I'd photoshop one up but doing so would probably get me the hook off this board.

If you had the room and could learn to play with your feet, you could lay down and use two necks at the same time. This way you could combine two of your favorite MMs and in between sets you could bench press the thing.
