Do you want to trade fretted 5 for fretless 5 ?

I recently bought a beautiful Honeyburst SR5 with lined fretless neck. I am unfortunately finding that I am not that good of a fretless player. I would love to swap for a fretted neck so I can use this bass right now. Would prefer maple but am ok with rosewood. Don't really mind if headstock color doesnt match. Just want to get a nice neck. Anyone interested in a swap? Post here or better yet email me!

I tried playing with my ear, but it made my neck hurt after a while.

A friend of mine, an awesome fretless player, said, "Lines, who cares? If they bother you, DON'T LOOK AT THEM."

I'm with the OP. Lined, unlined, either way, I'm a fretted bass guy.
