Ok so it was there when I got home last night. PSYCHED!!!
So I played dumb for my kids since it's my Bday present.
Then my wife says,, "Yup and Daddy can't open up his Bday present until his bday (18th)". AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH, but that's okay, they are little and this will be cool.
Jon, I'll at least open it up either later on tonight or tomorrow and get the serial number.

I guess as long as we're not in a locker room I can say this, hey nice set of Balls!
That Silver Sparkle is absolutely incredible. I didn't even know Fuschia Sparkle existed, that kicks ass too. I thought your new Blue Dawn had a matching headstock though.
Anyhow, congrats man.

Fred, thanx man I'm really proud of my balls. There a huge story behind the Fuschia Sparkle Silhouette Special, it's a one of a kind. It took me 3 months to get my hands on that and I mean this when I say it "NOTHING WILL EVER PRY IT FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS"!!
You can still find Silver Sparkles here and there, I just got that at the beginning of the year, it was NOS. I fell in love with it, so I got the guitar and my wife got a chair.
I'm not a lover of matching head stocks, too me the head stock should match the neck. I am a huge lover of maple necks and I think the EB/MM's look/work/are awesomely perfect.

I know what you mean about the matching headstock. I special ordered my Petrucci and got it without. I like the look of the maple headstock myself. I didn't have a choice with the Blue Dawn, beggars can't be picky when it comes to discontinued colors.
I thought the Fuscia had to have a story, I don't recall ever seeing something like that. You definitely have keepers. Not only are they EB's, but they're damn desirable colors to boot.

I let them strum in my lap and I'm hoping some day one of them will take up an interest in learning to play guitar.
