DOB Please, and I won't ask another stupid question..... today.

I recieved my SR5 lefty a couple of weeks ago and finally I've found THE bass! I've aquired some very nice and way more expensive basses in this quest, but this one is my all around favorite. I wish I'd bought one sooner.

what actually determines that dob? the day it leaves the factory? the average of the neck and body dates?

It's the day it is put together in the setup dept.

When I emailed EB after getting my SR5 I got an answer back from I believe Scott who gave me both the build date and the date it left the factory as well as color configuration. With that kind of record keeping I am wondering if they can tell me how many people played my bass before I bought it
