Question Does EB have their locking tuners customer made?

I have been watching the Frankinsugar thread and they started talking about how the after market tuners lined up vs the stock tuners. It seems like they line up slightly off in comparison to the stock ones although they do fit with no extra holes required and do work just fine. So the question is Does EB have their tuners customer made?
