I've heard good things about Ernie Ball customer service.
However, I sent an email to the Music Man customer service email address given on the web page last Sunday and so far I've got no reply at all. With their good reputation, even if my message was way out of line, I thought I'd at least have receieved an acknowledgment by now...

Did you send the message to [email protected] ? (That's an underscore between the words in the email address.)

I sent a message to that address back at the end of August and got a reply the very next day. (thanks, Aziah! ;) )

Remember also that EB has been getting killed with their battle of the bands contest, so I'm sure that the staff is overwhelmed with things to do right now. I'm sure that you will hear from them at their earliest opportunity.

OK, thank you.

BTW, I believe I did use the correct email address as I just copied and pasted it from the web site. (I just double checked it again)

EB customer service is great. Aside from Jon taking care of our needs here, I just called Scott Ball and he wasnt in the office, so I left a voice mail. He called back in just under an hour and gave me the answer I was looking for.

+1 to EB for great service. :D

Thanks for that, but I won't be here as much anymore...At least during work hours. I think there is some concern that this might be taking me away from my work, so I am going to be here less. Jack and Gav and the other mods will still take care of y'all, and I will check in at home when I get the time.

You guys Rock

Hah! I'll be calling you at home all the time now!

This is great!

No, wait, this kind of sucks. I like having you around. Well, I'll do what I can to answer the "Can I put linseed oil on the school cormorant?" type questions and then send smoke signals on the rest.

Hey Jon? Seriously - you're the best, man.

Jon, I don't understand . . why can't you
just train someone else to do set-ups &
stay here 9-5? :(

Anyway, I hope BP will pay you some OT$
for doing this stuff at home ;)

And Jack & Gav can't provide DOBs . . how
will you handle that from home? huh?

Travis, you'll get your button soon - I'll consider
you a deputy moderator till then ;)

Jongitarz...your presense has been one of the things that makes this forum so special.

I hope you get a little "check in " time through the week.

...still I do understand that we might be eating into your productive hours....
