Hi..Shane Chisholm here...new to the forum
I just bought a used fretless SR4 Classic and didn't notice till I got it home that the bridge looks out of line..seem at least a few mm off by looking at the angle that's formed from the ball of the string to the saddles yet the string are lined up well with the pickup and fingerboard.
Is it suppose to be this way?? I'm not accustom to Musicmans coming out of the Factory with flaws..I've purchased a Bongo HH 5 string, Sub SR and Sub Stirling in the past and they are impeccable

Thanks

Shane

I could only find 34489 on the bridge.
I was very suspicious as it has a 3 band preamp and there is corrosion/rust on the magnets and wear on the string mutes

Thanks!! It's a very nice instrument for its age then
The Birdseye maple neck is flawless with no wear on the Pau ferro fingerboard
I'm not a fan of this top load bridge design with the angle of the strings and how they rest on the saddles so I'll make it a bodythrough...But for $800 CAD I'm very pleased

I would leave it as is, wouldn't drill any holes in it.
