Yeah......that is weird. Could be legit??? The picture isn't correct in that the pickups are not Illuminators.

Is that the number designator for a JP13?

Cuz it ain't a 13... Not with those p-ups. And, doesn't the 13 have 2 9v batts, not one as notes on the ad?

On the other hand, hasn't Amazon been known to throw some crazy low deals out on MM instruments in the past? I think it was within the last two years they had some crazy low prices that moved those instruments pretty fast. Id think with Amazon's policy if there were anything fishy it could be disputed with a favorable decision for the buyer. Perhaps I'll do a quick search and see if I can find the thread.

Legit. Amazon will go down to cost or just above to unload stuff that has been idle for a while or they have a lot of. They had JPX7s at like 1800 a year or 2 ago. One time I got a Parker Nitefily....the one with the carbon fiber neck, SS frets, and the piezo for about 1k. Love Amazon.
