Double .80 in new Coated set!!!

I was pretty shocked a few minutes ago when started to restrung my Sterling 5 HS with fresh set of Coated slinkies..., two .80 strings inside set and .45 missing!!!

Is it kind of factory error?

Now what, it's Saturday, shop is closed, there's no problem next week, my dealer will help I just called him, but now I'm gonna wash old .45 in the dish washer so I could play tonight a gig!

OK sorry guys, but I have to reply to my own Thread

I just came from my dealer, he accepted the complaint, 130, 100, 80, 65 are on my Sterling, I returned duplicate 80 and all empty paper bags, so dealer opened fresh set and gives me 45 alone!

Dealer put also all empty paper bags including this double 80 on the table and took a photo! I'm sure he will make a complaint to EB strings factory !

Anyway, I'm very satisfied with dealer/customer relationship!

All compliments and regards to official EB (EBMM) dealership and whole Customer Service department!
