Im not sure if this is public knowledge that I don't know about, since I am brand new here.
But I have seen your name on a bunch of forums and I always thought how cool would it be if you were THE Kenny Baker (actor who played R2-D2). im a big star wars nerd and that would just be awesome that R2 played bass. Also I don't mean any disrespect by not thinking of you as "THE Kenny Baker", since you obviously are Kenny Baker.

So needless to say I found it funny that you would have a post with star wars droids in it and I just had to register and post.
Of course after re-reading this post I can clearly see why I mostly lurk.

I'm relatively new here too. Well, sorta new. Okay - I'm an old crud that doesn't post here very much.

A bunch of forums? Now THAT'S scary. I only post on 2-3 forums now, and have been banned, unbanned, and banned again from a 4th. Then again, Ken Baker is a pretty common name.

There are some who know me that will attest to the fact that I couldn't fit into the R2-D2 costume on my best day. So I'm sorry to have to tell you that I'm neither Kenny Baker the Star Wars actor nor am I Kenny Baker the singer from the Jack Benny radio show WAY back in the day.

I'm glad that you did join, and welcome to the funny farm! The folks here aren't too bad, for a bunch of fanboys.

The pit droid figures have been around my office for some time. They used to be peeking around from the computer speakers, but the speakers went away. So the little guys sat on a shelf for a long time until I got a wild hair and positioned them on the Bongo.
