Norrin Radd said:That's been exactly my experience as well. It needs to be re-adjusted a lot as the string itself actually strecthes over time. But it does work really when set up properly.
jazzbo jim said:Hmm.. if the trem has to sit flush to the body why not simply "untune" the low E to a D by ear (takes 2.5 seconds) and the rest of the strings remai unaffected.
(save those extra bucks for a new set of strings or two!)
