Help! Early/mid 90s Sterling; where's the serial number?

Hey guys.

I've got a fairly early EBMM Sterling but I can't find a serial number anywhere on it. Anyone got any ideas why?

Check on the bridge, underneath the adjustment screws. You can see 4 of the digits "2557" in this photo:

Ah, didn't even think to look there! Thanks for that, I'll check it when I get home and add it to the serial number thread. Thanks again!
