Earthwood bass

Hello all, I bought a Earthwood bass off craigslist and when it got here the neck is badly bowed and twisted. I am in the So Cal area.
Is there anyway to get the neck put back to straight? or maybe I'd just sell it if someone else wants to play around with it. These are just general pix of the bass, I'll need to get some of the bad neck

Its probably now stable in its unfortunate formation. A luthier could shave it back to flat and create a new FB without all those narsty metal speed bumps in it.

Hate to see it just sidelined. There are more honest politicians than there are Earthwood basses on earth.
