I just wanted to take a moment to thank EB for their phenomenal customer service. I work in a music store and with many manufacturers you just don't see this level of service with their dealers much less their customers. Dan is a great guy and from the looks of it so is BP. I mean to take the time from what I would gather is a busy schedule to post and answer posts is great.
When I ordered my Silo Special, I use to call about every other week ,not that I am encouraging this, and they were always so patient and professional.
Any way I don't mean to sound Corny, just wanted to thank a company that still seems to take pride in the instruments they build and take care of the people they build them for.

Thanks for the Kudo's! The customer service aspect of our job has always been a joy for me. We're lucky enough to have a great line to support and a knowledgeable customer base to work with. After all we're all members of the Music Man family....some of us are lucky enough to call this place home! Mmmmmm' I think i smell some BBQ chicken on the grill.......

Customer Service is amazing. You get the little things. Like when my Axis was on its way home they called me to tell me the tracking number and to confirm that the address was right so no one got my ball.

Thanks guys you rock.

I too have nothing but praise for you guys. I have emailed customer service and they always get back to me in a timely fashion. Other companies respond in days if at all and some make it difficult to find a email address or phone number, WTF....
