So, lately I have been using my Volume Pedal with my new Mark V Amp. The way I have it set up is like this.

Guitar to
EB Volume to
EB Wah to
Amp.

I do not have anything plugged in to the effects loop. When I put the volume all the way down on the volume pedal but with the guitar all the way up, especially on the gain channels, the volume does NOT turn down all the way. I can still hear it. What am I doing wrong? I have the EB JR Volume pedal...the one with a tuner out but not stereo. Any help would be much appreciated!

Call Customer support, its most likely the pot which the string has sliped or was not wrapped well around so the pot isn't stopping where it should be.

Yar. Call CS.

The kevlar string replacement tutorial that EB made clearly stated several times that if the string is not properly calibrated all the way back on the pulley, that it will not function properly.
