EB WAH -- I'm ready now....

Don't worry not gonna start the "is it built yet" thread again!

Just wanted to share, I've sold my dunlop hendrix wah, and made a new space on my pedal board based on the dimensions of the EB Vol.

Hopefully it'll be due before Feb 07, the green will tone in well with my DD Luke when it shows!


Anybody else selling early to get some WAH AS -( like GAS But without the G part!)

I sold my Dunlop Cry Baby a year ago...

I've got a Washburn Bad Dog Wah right now, but I yanked that from the pedalboard months ago to make room for the EB Wah.

Yeah I have a bunch on order, but if Dudley says they are going to be a bit longer coming out.... well he is the man and would know best.

I'm more than happy to wait a bit longer for the wah to be perfected

I tried one out about a month ago and its built like a machine and it has a very smooth sweep. It doesnt seem to "click" like a dunlop.

I hope it has the same sweep as the volume pedal for me i could never get used to the short sweeo of the dunlop.........and i too am not a huge wah user but if it makes that 1 song sound like magic then i have space in my board for it hehehehehe

I decided that I'd mod my Dunlop wah while I wait for the EBMM wah. So far, I've made it true-bypass and have added an On/Off LED. I have a Fasel Inductor waiting to go in. Will the EBMM wah be true-bypass?

I got an e-mail today from the importer in Belgium (and the Netherlands) saying they will be available in Europe in March or April 2007.

I already ordered one with my local dealer!! Can't wait...

Last I heard, the sweep was set at 12 degrees. The volume pedals are 18 degrees and normal Dunlop/Vox style wahs are usually 6-8 degrees. So even if it's not the same as the normal volume pedals, that's still a lot more than other wahs on the market. I use modded volume pedals with my EMB and I LOVE that huge sweep.

Personally I like wahs a lot so I tend to buy rather than sell them, haha. I'm looking forward to this one a LOT!

Question about the wah.

Hey guys... I've read a lot about the EB Wah, and figured I should ask a few questions before getting stoked about it.

Before that though, I sold my entire pedal board yesterday to pay bills and for the simple reasoning that I didn't use it. I found everything from the original Bluesbreaker pedal to the Zakk Wylde wah colored the sound. None are true bypass. Is the EB Wah true bypass?

I guess that's my main question. Playing an EBMM into my Dr. Z is probably the best sound known to man, and I certainly don't want to waste time or energy with a pedal that's going to affect the sound in a negative way. I have a Fulltone Supa-Trem on order because I LOOOOOOVE tremolo and it's the best one I've ever played with. Is the EB Wah worth my time?
