Question EBMM Axis Super Sport Semi Hollow vs Gibson ES339?

Wondering if anyone has had the chance to compare the two? I currently own an Axis Super Sport semi hollow and have been GAS-ing for a ES339 though am wondering if they have the same sort of tones or if they are differently tonally for me to warrant a purchase.

Not really consdiering the ES335 at this point of time as I'd look like a clown with it.
