Anytime I had an issue with my Balls, Customer Service was on the case. I had a piezo preamp go down, they got it up & running in no time. Good peeps!

Y'all need to check out Dougs work....Awesome player, and a really great person too! The Potato Salad CD is still one of my all time favorites!
