In life it's the little things that really make me happy, things like a grocery store clerk taking the time to actually show you where something is, instead of just pointing, people saying thank-you, and job well done for ones efforts. Well today I can say that, at the end of a hard week, I've grown a huge smile on my face, and I owe it all to Derek and the staff at EBMM's Customer Service. Sure when I purchased my EBMM's I was excited, but that's to be expected, however today, a small gesture of kindness, a little thing has given rise to my somewhat dim spirit, for today when I requested a whammy bar for my SUB 1 that is en-route from Texas, and expecting to fully pay for this item, I was surprised when Derek simply stated that one will be shipped out to me, and yet when I continued on at how this is not a warranty issue, but a used item...Derek's reply was simply...No problem...

The little things, in someways can be very big...thanks Derek, EBMM and all the staff!

Now, don't forget that when you buy your next guitar!

Does it really surprise you though, from a company that put on an open house like that? I hope there's another in the future so I can go, even if I have a 4 week old at that time too, I'm going!

Even if I liked another guitar company better than EBMM, I could never go elsewhere.
1 - I would feel guilty about coming to this forum everyday, and am never willing to give up this online community.
2 - no matter how big and successful EBMM is and shall further become, it really connects with their people.
3 - you know you're getting Mom and Pop Shop attention even though you're the millionth purchaser
4 - they want you happy!
5 - even though I don't even own the guitar yet, I feel as if though you guys and the company has done so much for me in so many ways.

This list could go on and on, but you know what I'm talking about because you play the guitars, use the strings and are here also!

Other company's could learn a lot by being like them.
Some pretend but don't cut. The only time I've come close is when I was on the market for a new car and ended up with Saturn. That relationship lasted for 3 vehicles and about 10 years. Unfortunately Saturn lost track of their original vision when the leasdership roles changed hands.
I don't see that happening here!
Kudos to EBMM once again!
Nice post Raz!

I have had the same experience with EBMM when I needed some strap button screws. Service is first class! Also the dealings I have had with Strings and Things, the UK distributor have been equally good.

Fender.... Who?! :D

I was gonna say that.

Now all I have to say is I love Raz. But not in that way. That's for Aziah! She said I could have the tomato off her sandwich, but I'm not gonna say what she gets off of mine

This is an offical reminder for you to purchase new, non F***** guitar straps!

I have bought all new non-Fender straps, and dealt with them accordingly!
