EBMM dealers-share Your opinion (first from Poland – bad one)

Hello everybody,

I contacted official distributor EBMM in Poland
to order and purchase two piezo saddles – after few days a service's guy told me that’s impossible – he offered me a new guitar to buy...
Now I wait for the answer from US customer service,
But maybe I should buy next one or two spare guitars ......

How it works in Your country , I mean - have You got a problems with purchase a small parts to replace or everything's nice and easy?

but I thought that employees from Music Info (I talked with, a few times) can do it either ...
