I meant THIS ONE, sorry:

1999 MUSICMAN ERNIE BALL AXIS W/ BEAUTIFUL QUILTED TOP - eBay (item 170249395403 end time Aug-17-08 13:24:40 PDT)

What do you guys think about the price, color, etc???

Thanks in advance!!!

A bit over priced for an Axis in the US. I reckon you can get one around a 1000$

Now that being said, if you love this particular model hit the BIN button but as Joe said keep in mind you need to had transportation cost VAT and custom taxe so in the end will be expensive for a 1999 model

Thats a nice one, however based on recent sales of similar ones, I would say no more than $1200 is more realistic for it. ($1000 - $1200)

Thanks for the advices!

As you´ve said, I´ve been lookin to old Axis auctions at Ebay and yes, this one is a little overpriced...maybe I´ll wait for one cheaper Axis, I´m not in any hurry and new Axis auctions appears everyday at Ebay.

I really liked this one too, but it´s expensive too:

1998 MUSIC MAN AXIS BLUE FLAME TOP - eBay (item 370068807838 end time Sep-11-08 13:54:43 PDT)

Which are most appreciated, flamed or quilted Axis???

And what about the colors?? I like the Blue, the Amber and the Red....wich of these colors are more valuables???

On the Axis I wouldn't say that blue, amber, or red are worth different amounts - they all sell from the factory at the same price.

If the overall condition of the guitar is good, and you like the top, then your personal preference is the only thing making it worth more than one of the other colors. Find one that you like and bid high! :D
