I don't think they make the dual pickup models with piezo except for Bongos. I had a fretless SR5 with piezo. At first I didn't really like said option. Then I came around to like blending it in with the mag pickup. This is theoretical only as I've never seen one, but the neck pickup would add a better option for the thumping upright sound of say a rockabilly band. If your looking for the Jaco singing thing, you'd never turn the neck pickup on at all though you might dig the piezo.

Don't sweat it too much as any of these options make for a really nice fretless bass, including the original single mag PU model which some people might actually prefer.

I have lines on mine. I think it's all personal preference really. If you think you'll want lines get them. Your best bet is to at least play a few fretless basses...lined and unlined and then decide.
