EBMM JP-F1 question

For anyone who's played it or has an opinion will the finished neck on the new F1 make it worse. I assumed that what made the JPMM so great was the unfinished neck I hope for my sake that the neck will still be just as good because the F1s are beautiful and that would deal with my unfinished neck phobia of the maintencance and possible damage.

Any input would be appreciated

Comes down to personal preverance....Some players like a finished neck and some don't most of EBMM users are used to the unfinished necks and absolutely love them..... I personally love them too, but don't mind either way, but i will say the JP F-1 is one mutha of a guitar and you won't be dissapointed at all, and as for the maintenace will be less i assume....I just wish i would be able to just get my hands on one to see for myself.

remember that JP himself picked all the options on this guitar and he picked a finished neck. You get exactly what he is playing on stage every night.

I have guitars with and without finished necks, doesn't really bug me either way.

I played the F-1 at NAMM and the finished neck was not an issue for me. Did I notice it? Yes, but the neck still felt great!
