Wondering how you all run your piezo on your JP?

I have a LR baggs acositc preamp that I use for my acoustic to the P.A..

You all use stereo plug or 2 mono plugs out of guitar?

Advice? Recommendations?

By the way I changed my color from Black to Egyptian Smoke...

Thanks,

Steve

I use a CD player instead of a band. (I lack the social skills necessary to be in a band) So as long as I have an open channel on the mixer with some cheap cheesy effects (a little chorus reverb for warmth), power amp and some cool JBL's I just plug into the PA with the other cable.
I think the piezo is so cool!

Currently, I'm just running everything through my Mesa Boogie Mark IV, though I'm planning on picking up an acoustic amp so that I have some difference in sounds.

Right now, I'm just running 2 mono cables but I plan on getting a splitter, and a couple of volume pedals to be able to fade in and out as needed.

Thanks for the feedback so far.. I a have a cable similar to the whirlwind one, that is a long cable and y's off closes to the end of the 25 ft cable to tip and ring.

I was thinking of running stereo cable that splits to 2 mono 1 for tip , 1 for sleeve..Run tip to guitar amp and sleeve to LR BAGGS Para Acoustic D.I Box to P.A. Maybe throw a t.c chorus pedal on the acoustic side between acoustic output and para acoustic D.I.?

Thoughts?

Is the piezo system in the JP have a preamp intergrated with it already? If so, would this be bad to feed into another acoustic guitar preamp?

Thanks,

Steve

To get the fuzzy sound I like out of Peizo I've always head to go through an acoustic pre of some sort.
