I'm new to the world of Ernie ball music man guitars and now I think I'm entering a bad habbit of trying to scoop up every used one I find. I do have a couple of questions if anyone could help me out.
1. Have any idea what a 1996 EBMM silhouette special in very clean shape...everthing seems to work fine..neck is in pretty decent shape would go for on the streets?
2.Where is a good place to get replacement EB parts?
3.Trying to find a shop that knows how to work on these guitars and won't charge you a fortune.

Thanks again.

Hi there.

1. Maybe $500 to $700, depending on condition, color, and whether it come with a case.
2. You can order the parts through any EBMM dealer.
3. Depends on where you are located. If you let us know where you are maybe some locals can give you advice.

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the reply....I'm located in the very southeast corner of iowa(Burlington,Ia) and very close to Galesburg, Ill. where there is a EB dealer. But I"m interested in quality of their service and knowledge more than anything, dealing with local Fender dealers in my earea has been a nightmare when it comes to setting up guitars, replacing pickups,..ect.ect. something I took for granted that a qualified dealer could do. Most of them sound and act like used cars salesman and most times don't evan sound interested in working on them.

Thanks............

Howdy, sinnister,

The year/age of Silos doesn't seem to affect the price very much, if at all. $600-$700 should land one in good to excellent condition.

If your local dealer is inattentive, EBMM customer service can help you out with parts and repair service as needed. They don't come any better, and you won't be left hanging in any case.
