EBMM Strap Locks in Germany not before July

After ordering the EBMM Strap Locks on thomann.de around late March (announced for April) and waiting for 3 weeks now I asked if there is a new release date. The thomann CS didn´t know and Musik Meyer told me, that will be available about July/August

Do you know a reason why the difference in release dates between US and Germany is that big and why it delayed from April until Summer? I mean it´s not a big thing, I just wonder.

Hello there......The release date for our new strap locks will be the same for all countries, of course delivery time will delay things a week or two depending on where your located. But strap locks have not been released yet here in the US. We are looking at a tentitive release date of July. The strap locks that we introduced and showed at this years NAMM show were prototypes......and are now in the final stages of tooling before they go into production.

I got a question concerning the locks.

Do I have to change the pin on my petrucci?

If i have to change em.
Will the locks fit to the standard MusicMan-screws?

The locks will come with the same screw that guitars have from the factory.
