With the humidity and temp changes that have hit New England in the past couple weeks, I'm doing a good amount of re-setting all of my guitars. My first resource was the EBMM FAQ's which are detailed and clear (note to manufacturers of other guitars I own....please copy these with appropriate changes). :D Anyways, I know from turning the truss rod in my Godin the same as the Axis....it did the exact opposite. Fortunately a turn to neutral then past got me the desired result.

I'm doing very, very small turns on the Axis (about 1/2 a turn a day...turn defined in the FAQ's) and am wondering if this is a dual action rod.

thanks, jack

I use 1/4 turn increments. A little can make a big difference if you want to fine tune it. I don't wait, though, just give it a gentle push in the adjusted direction, tune to pitch and try it.
