Does anyone have any experience with the FULLTONE pedals?

I've read some good reviews about the Fulldrive2 by Fulltone, but I haven't had the chance to try one... Does anybody use this pedal?

Thanks,
TwAn.

I haven`t tried that one but their Deja Vibe pedal is the best!!!!!!!! If its Fulltone its quality....you can rest assured your getting a great product. They can be a little pricey though, but you get what you pay for! ;)

I own a Fuulldrive2. Its a nice medium gain OD with a switchable boost. Its pretty flexible also. You can get a good variety of sounds with the mid switch. I would suggest trying with your specific guitar and amp though.

I love my FD2 - I run it on 18V instead of the usual 9V and it really opens it up and gives it some presence... Killer overdrive, and built like a tank. I've owned on since the very first one was introduced way, way back in the mid nineties, and I've flirted with a lot of other pedals in that time, but an FD2 is ALWAYS on my board! ;)

Different strokes...I've had 3 Fulltone distortion pedals and thought all of them sucked. Having said that I have a Clyde Deluxe and Supa Trem I think are the cat's meow.

Thanks for the help, guys...

It seems there are some different opinions... I think I'll just have to try one and see what it does to me...

Unfortunately, these pedals are hard to find in stores in Belgium (exactly like the Musicman guitars  ), but I've found a store (a two hour drive away) that has them...

Thanks!

Just tried out a fulltone overdrive that was released over at the guitar center in springfield, nj...not sure of the model, od3 or something to that effect...(white or beige case) but I gotta tell ya, I play all tubes amps: 5150, Mesa Rectoverb and that little pedal smokes for a solid state overdrive. Never heard anything like it. The sales guy told me that there was a 7 month waiting period for it. The sound was tight, full, and every note was heard with definition when playing chords. No mush or fizzing there. Excellent tone. I don't like pedals but if I had to get one, that would be the one for overdrive/distortion...

Regarding ther OCD...there's no longer a wait, or at least not much of one in most places. I bought mine pretty early and actually made a 25% profit on it when I sold it on ebay, but Fulltone seems to have caught up in the last month or two.

I tried it through a couple of amps and found it to to sound pretty nice at first, but noticed that if you let a chord ring it would have a very crackly fizzy decay.

Anyway, I admit I'm in the minority on this one.

For pedals for this type of distortion (crunchy, dynamics), I like the Red Snapper and Tim.
