That's a good description of the color. IMO Egyptsmoke has some greenish highlights to it. It's a very earthy color no matter how you slice it.

Well, i'm about a week away from welcoming a fully loaded Egyptian Smoke JP6 into the family

it looks to have definate graphite qualities to it. Very grey at times.
