Actually I've just re-read the text and he seems to contradict himself. First of all he's "selling it for a friend" - then he's "switching back to a single coil guitar"?

Rather strange???

Quotes below
"Greetings fellow Ebayers! Up for your consideration is a guitar that I will be selling for my good friend. I can attest to it's great condition, & you will love this guitar. Feel free to ask any questions as I can get answers relatively quickly from him. Thanks!"

"Guitar is like new and in great condition. No scratches, dents, or buckle rash. I am only selling this guitar because I miss the sound of my single-coiled guitar and am switching back. Don’t miss out on this great buy!"

Mystery Solved!

I can solve that one for you :)

I'm the one selling the guitar, aka the "good friend". I wrote the description before-hand, and emailed my friend the pictures so he could post it for me. He added the disclaimer at the front and put it up for sale. I still haven't gotten around to creating a seller's account yet. :(

I know, I know... why sell one of the greatest guitars in the world! Well... I played a fender cs and it made me reminence for my main axe that I sold to get the Petrucci. I don't think I'll ever go back to the evil empire, but I am thinking about trying the Albert Lee? I'm just a poor college student and can't afford to build a collection of multiple Music Man guitars... yet.

It's for sale in Mn (rather than from Ks--where I'm from) because I got the great fortune of being able to spend a summer doing an internship up north--about a 20 degree difference from back home!

Hope that answers your question--sorry for the confussion :D

Hi Jaker

Makes perfect sense now!

I'm sure you will find a Ball to suit. If not an AL then a Silhouette Special SSS should fulfill your desire for the single coil sound but with all the advantages of a Music Man.

Good luck with the sale!:D

Dude, you won't regret an AL, ever!!! Check out the MM90's as well, sweet sounding.

Good luck with the sale, how come you didn't post it here first, just curious?

I'm still kind of new to the forum and really didn't know if that would be crossing some sort of etiquette or something? Plus I kind of figured that most people on here keep their eyes on eBay anyways...

I'm anxious to try some MM-90's, I hear that they're that perfect inbetween for humbuckers and single coils

Jakers, as long as it's not your first few posts they are pretty cool about it.

Yah man the MM90's are just perfect on an AL.
