Help! er.. what does that screw do..?

greatly pleased with my new axis, as i'm sure i raved about about a month ago, but i got a question.. the 2 screws on the backside of the neck/head interface. what are they for. havent had any guitars in a while and don't want to start playing with stuff when i don't know what it does..

i'm presuming its something to do with torsion in the neck..?

so i guess you have an axe with a floyd? those are crews to release the nut i think, if it ever needs to be taken off for replacement or whatever thats what it does.

dammit..! shoulda known that really.. i've only had floyd guitars since i was 15..

Yep, the Axis has a rear mounted locking nut.
