What does 10 top mean? I thought that was a PRS word.

If i'm not mistaken though PRS uses that term in association with their guitars it's a general term used in the industry as being the best... and as exciting as that may be... EBMM simply doesn't put out "10" tops... their tops go to "11"

That was great peterd79! But yes, I was only trying to say that I collect and are seeking these guitars that have quilt tops that make your eyes water and your mouth fill with impending drool! LOL..

I'm aware that the honey burst and pacific burst are still available, but I'm looking for guitars that are already made and you can see what you are buying. If you order something, it may not come out the way you were hoping. Not all quilts are alike, and some are MUCH better than others. I've spent a tremendous amount of time on the phone with AJ at ernie ball looking for the best that are already out there. Plus, if I order those guitars, I'm looking at getting them at the end of july at the earliest.. That would be torture! lol.. I NEED MY BALLS!

Yeah... there are some tops out there that just make your eyes question why someone would allow water to sit on the top of a guitar... quilts look incredible on all the EBMM guitars and the color selections your after are great choices. If money were not an issue i'd be all over the axis tribute series... JUST TOO SPECIAL TO PASS UP!
