Last Saturday a mate of was the sound engineer for a Blues Festival in Cardiff that started at 2:00 p.m. and finished at midnight. I've always wanted to learn about mixing desks and as he had worked for John Henry in London, he was a very capable teacher.

Anyway one of the bands had got stuck on the motorway and a few of us got up and did some numbers to fill in. I played drums on 2 songs (see pics, photos 7 and 13)

But just a little advice if you are going to be spending any more time behind a kit. You may want to get one of those little meters the radiologists wear just to make sure that you're not getting overexposed and loosing too many brain cells.

Ha Ha! Sir (MbG). - Advice noted

Purple Ass - I noticed that too! My Dad was a drummer and he showed me how to hold sticks at an early age - but shoot who wants to be a drummer - and guitar rapidly took over.

Sticky - now that is just too scary!!!
