And of course this is only available to US residents again.. :p

Actually - no - I'm in the UK - and they very amazing from Sydney form Artist relations got in touch (you've no idea how cool it feels to get an email from Artist relations when you've only played in your house for the last 10 years! )

I didn't see anything on the page saying US only....

Team EB = Awesome.

Sorry - I still don't see it - however - they honoured it which shows they're a great company, I'm tired so not going to go into anything else, but this is why I don't post here much.

Really? At the end of the second link you posted, it says: "Participation in this promotion is subject to the official rules." where the "official rules" is a link XD

I guess that shows how much people really read these "agreement" and "rules" when signing up for things, lol :p

Cool that they contacted you though, but weird if they don't even follow their own rules..

The problem when you are organizing such a competition is that you have to obey the laws of each country. For instance, if you want to organize a competition for French people, you have to write the competition rules in French. I'm pretty sure it's the same for other countries : thus if you want to organize a competition for Europeans, you have to write the rules in French, German, Italian, Swedish ... and you have to be sure that your rules obey the laws of all the countries ... A real pain in the a** for a small company. Of course huge companies like Apple, Microsoft have plenty of lawyers in different countries thus they can do it.

Thus officially, the competition is just for US ... but the good guys of EB can "unofficially" send gift to non-US people.

I know, they explained it before. And I agree, it sucks. The laws are sometimes a big hinderance and annoyance..
EB is awesome though.
