Ernie Ball Lithium Ion Batteries - Any Experience?

So, I saw these when they first came out, but haven't had any experience with them. Not having to worry about a 9V battery corroding out in a bass definitely is an attractive proposition. Does anyone have any experience with the 9V types? I would assume they fit well in Music Man instruments?

I am seeing some reviews, so I guess some were available. But they seem to be backordered everywhere unfortunately.
