Hey Guys - happy to introduce Mark A. Walker - newest member of the EBMM family of artists. Mark is a legend in the gospel / jazz world and he caught our attention at the NAMM show playing our basses through a Mark Bass combo.

Check out these Music Man bass / Cobalt Videos Mark Did for the launch of the new sting line.

Stay tuned for Stan Sargeants as well...

Excited to try these... my local GC had 4-string sets the other day, but no 5-string sets.

Wow...love the Bongo tuners. Love the tone.

First thing that caught my ears was the Ray 5 HS...as soon as he hits that groove and the tight aggressive Ray tone kicks in, Im in love.

I love my Ray 5 HS...

These vids are not only good for the Cobalts. but for the basses as well!

At this point I'm willing to drive about 500 miles in any direction to get these cobalts. No one has them. They're harder to find than a unicorn.

A stark reminder of my utter inability to do anything resembling slap/pop.

It's in the realm of voodoo to me. I cannot figure it out to save my life.

+1

Fortunately I get paid very well to play 4 string basses with flatwound strings and with no requirement to slap LOL

If you guys need me I'll be in my office shedding. Thanks Brian for reminding us that we suck.

:D
I've gotta get some of those Cobalts for my SR5s. The GC here doesn't have anything but the 4s.

Who is the drummer? He's a monster!

Wow, he is really good! Love those videos. Video #2 was extra awesome though with the Bongo with new tuners. Made me drool!

Ok, I'm in for the new Cobalts. Unbelivable playing (I'm in the same boat with AD and AM). Great sounding strings, great sounding basses and a great player.

What color is that Bongo????? It doesn't look like Blue Pearl, unless it is the lighting...... The blue is different!
