I have a ERNIE BALL MUSIC MAN JPX-6 and I need NECK INFORMATION PLEASE.

I keep a log of all my guitars and keep track on sizes that feel good to me. I need some infoemation on neck thickness at the first fret and thickness at the twelfth fret.

I am new to this forum and if I am not asking correctly or I am in the wrong area please let me know. I would think someone would know this info and it isn't a strange question considering other makers have this info posted on their sites. Thank you and I hope someone can help me out.

No...That is the width. I am looking for the thickness (from the bottom of the neck where it sits in your palm to the top of the fret board.

So I can safely assume no one knows the answer to my question. People in here really know their guitars. I belong to a few different guitar forums and I get the answer in mt above question. Thank you to all.

I still find it strange that in this whole forum NOBODY knows the answer to my question. The first time I spoke to EB MM asking info or a manual on this guitar they told me ask the FORUM.................Like I said I find it strange no one knows. It's not like a strange question. I have asked Ibanez, Jackson, Parker plus others the same question from the forum.....I was overwhelmed with response and information. I am very disappointed. I love the guitar but this forum is not very helpful and once again find it very hard no one has the answers.

Look, most of the forum members are like yourself- we have guitars and we're usually busy playing them, not measuring.

If you really want the measurements you're probably best to go buy a cheap set of calipers and make the measurement yourself. Shouldn't be too hard. Telling us all how you're disappointed isn't going to get you very far.

Why thank you beej, you have been very helpful. You will not get any feelings out of me............I understand if I don't get an answer means no one knows. I will relay that to service since they told me to seek help here.

These measurements will vary slightly from guitar to guitar as they are sanded by hand. I just measured one off the line and here's what I found:

Right at the first fret its .735"
Right at the twelfth fret its .835"
