I have a 1993 Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 5 String Series Bass Guitar. Serial Number 53933. Single Pickup. One Owner. Purchased new in New Zealand in the early 90's. Some paint wear from many years of use. All tuning pegs have been replaced and jack socket repaired in 2010.

I was wondering what the street value would be?
What the differences were after the Serial numbers started with a "E"?
Any significantly different (apart from the two pick up configuarton) of the current Music Man Stingray 5 String HH 3EQ?

Not sure about the value, especially since you are in Australia.

The SR5 came out in 1987 with an alnico pickup. It changed to a ceramic pickup in 1991. It then changed again, back to an alnico pickup in 2008.

I don't believe that the "E" serial numbers marked any significant changes.

Oz $ value SR5

My guess based on your description would put street value at about AUD $1400-$1600, depending on degree of paint wear and whether tuners were replaced with originals or aftermarket.
