This company has the best customer care I have ever seen! They repaired my 13 year old guitar (broken nut on hardftail evh) for very little money and very quick! I am still in shock it was so easy. I cant say enough about how pleased I am...Thanks dan and everyone else who helped me in this forum!!

thanks again

yup. back in december i emailed Kevin. I had only put a deposit on my JP6 and contacted him with just a couple of questions. And the response was so polite and swift. I didn't even own an ebmm technically and I was being treated like an important valued customer. But it felt so sincere and friendly. And now that I actually have it, I really feel part of something. Like really in touch with the company. Awwwwwww..............gives me goose bumps!!

EB Customer Service is the BEST ON THE PLANET BAR NONE!

No other company bends over backwards, or as I like to say, "Be Gumby" than EBMM.......

Glad they took care of you, but if I say so myself, I am not surprised on bit!

but i'll tell ya right now.....that long before i knew any of em........customer service treated me like they deeply cared about me & my ebmm guitars. my first customer service call was back in like...88 or so. they were as awesome then as they are now.:)

When it comes to customer service issues, it seems that BP gets a little pissed when forumites post issues without consulting CS first.

To me, the reasons are obvious: EBMM invests a LOT of time and effort assembling a great CS team and nurturing an attitude of excellence. The CS folks are there for a reason and their simply GREAT.

I've dealt with Jon, Scott A., Kevin S and others and they've all been professional and understanding.

Small wonder EBMM users are so stoked when it comes to their guitars and reccommend them without hesitation

See if i feel the issue seems to need to involve customer service i will. But if it was something as simple as truss rod adjustment i turn to the forum wheather or not this is the right thing or not. I feel that. Customer service probaly has better things to do than answer my silly question. No mean for anyone to take this offensively its just how i feel. And to end on a high note whenever i have contacted customer service it has been an exellence experience

Every time I have called CS it has been my pleasure. I know they are busy people so I don't want to waste any of their time. However, everyone there I have ever talked too I wish I could go with on a three day fishing trip. Like BP says, "It's a family here."
Furthermore, ........

I just rewrote the last section.

Here goes

Thank You

for the angry BP statement. See if i feel the issue seems to need to involve customer service i will. But that's not what I meant..I was saying that BP has a right to get upset (I never said angry!) when people post ISSUES with their gear-not simple questions.
The forum is a great vehicle for exchanging tips but customer service is the place to raise quality and warranty concerns.

No question is stupid-usually the MM FAQS will address them.
