Now a days most guitar companies usually offer lifetime or at least 10 years. Seeing how Ernie Ball Music Man warranty is only one year should that be a drawback on the guitar also have any of you ever need to use if so why

I asked this question not too long ago and received zero response.
I was just curious myself, just trying to understand the logic.
It does really matter to me since EBMM is about customer service up to wazoo!
But I'd imagine doing that for 10 years would be hard to promise.
I have faith in the product regardless. :)

go EASY on him y'all........ he's new........

welcome larry !!!!!! :D

i've owned dozens of ebmm guitars.......& that fact that they only have a year warranty has never been an issue. it's probably due to the fact that they REALLY are magnificient instruments .....& that everything else just falls in place.....

Welcome Larry,
All of the major manufacturers offer warranties against defects in workmanship and materials. I dont want to speak or slag others but you will discover those said defects within a year.

see the only thing is i had a Gibson Les Paul Studio and in two years the neck warped almost to a bow and arrow shaped neck but Gibsons warranty replaced it. But what if it was my EBMM Axis what would i have to do?

I'll leave the hypothetical to one of the EBMM staff members, but one thing you can be sure of.. you'll be treated fairly and honestly with EBMM every time.

You will never have a customer service issue with EBMM. Great guitars and great service.

Thats why I have 5 balls, and play no other brand!
+1
But if I get all the guitars I have paid for in my house
+4
