I won this on the bay yesterday:

Is there a reason why these were produced? Anniversary or something?? Or is this purely a promotional gadget??

I don't smoke cigarettes, but I like a good cigar every once in a while... I already have a few Zippo lighters, but this one was just too cool not to have!

It was just our way of being politically incorrect (probably before the term existed) and promoting smoking ....
These were immensely sought-after, probably because they were so cool and we were the only ones doing anything like that .... we used them for promotional purposes at the L.A. NAMM show 1999 and on our wild & crazy EBMM Bus tours - until we ran out of them. Those were the days.
