Just a funny little story here....
Last night I ordered a pizza for delivery to my house. I had been playing the honeyburst 'Ray, and when I stopped to go do something, I propped it up in one of the chairs in our living room. In the meantime, the pizza girl knocked on the door. I opened it, took my pizza, and while I was signing the receipt, she suddenly said, "Oh my god, whose bass is that?" I realized that she had a perfect view of the 'Ray from where she stood outside the front door. I told her it was mine & she said that she loved it! She asked what kind it was, and I said, "Music Man Stingray." She told me she had a Squier bass, and then she said about my 'Ray, "That's one fine instrument!" I thanked her & then went to enjoy my pizza.
In the almost 2 weeks that I've had this bass, I've gotten more compliments on it than I've received for any other musical instrument I've ever owned! I'm tellin' ya, honeyburst is pure magic!!
