Ever heard of an AIM (AIMS?) Basso Amp?

Not sure what made me think of it, but back in the day I bought a used bass amp from the junior college I was attending. It was an "AIM" or "AIMS" Basso model. It was about 50 or 60 watts with a single 15 and it sounded great. I can't remember why I ever sold that.
Anyone familiar with it?

I’d never heard of them before I saw this one last weekend. The guy that owns it bought it for $60 at a swap meet.
