EVH And Music Man

This probably has been discussed here before, but I think the Music Man EVH guitar was cooler than the subsequent Peavey Wolfgang (although I do like the Wolfgang a lot). I also think that Peavey's HP's are cooler than the Wolfgang, too, but the Music Man EVH is the best. Fortunately, the Music Man EVH lives on (with slight modifications) in the Axis. I read that quality control issues and lack of production quantity were among the reasons Ed parted ways with Music Man in 1995, but I can't help but think there was more to the story. Ed and Sammy also parted ways around that time, as well. Who knows? But the EVH/Axis design is a winner, no doubt about it.
