Hello All, It's the resident Ernie Ball Music Man EVH guitar freak here. I am wondering if anyone has any close up photos of the EVH guitars displayed at the open house, and if there was any back story or info. about them. Any and all photos or info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jim.

...actually, if memory serves me right, the black and yellow ones were production models, and the 3 single coil one was a one-off that he used, etc.

I was eyeing THE #2, hanging on the wall upstairs, and waiting for the right time for you to snap a pic with me holding 'er, Koogs. However, that rat bastard Drew :D came and pulled it off the wall, replacing it with a de-purple burst SM!

I never saw him again that afternoon...I think he knew that he was a marked man, and played it off as "being busy". :D ;)

...well, 3 out of 4 isn't bad *sniff*, I guess...

I ain't mad at ya, Drew...nothin' but love, bro. I should smack your hand though... :p

Was there anything specific said about the EVH during the Q&A or in general by BP or anyone? I heard that one of the guitars was sent back to Ernie Ball by EVH just two days before the deal was ended by EVH? Yikes! Also, What was the deal with the tripped out white 5150 EVH guitar with the pink headstock? Too Cool! If Big Poppa is sellin', then I'm Buyin'! ;)

Hey BP!

Can you adjust the settings of the forum so that everytime EVH is mentioned, the post automatically gets deleted! Sort of anti-virus if you ask me.

I like Eddie' music like anyone else. He's made his contribution to guitars and the music industry without a doubt. But on a personal leve, the boy is majorly F-ed!

Amen to that BP.

I'm w/ Fogman. The guy was an inspiration at one time but that's just a memory for me preserved on the early albums. He's changed for the worst, how terribly sad.

Jim, gotta respect BP's wishes and keep the boss happy. I'm gonna close this thread, but I'll meet in the middle, and offer myself as an outlet of chatting more about these guitars, if you'd like, via PM or email.

I'll divulge all I can remember, etc. cool? :)
