I see many more used greens and purples for sale, especially on ebay, than I see trans reds. However, trans red is a common and standard color. I think more people keep their red ones. I have a trans purple, but really would like a trans red.

EDIT: You should note that you have a purple AXIS, not an EVH.
I scoured the pics thread to find your pics, and was bummed to see that it was an Axis...not doggin' your Axis, mind you. I was just thisclose to offering a red-purple trade under the guise that you had a purple EVH.

I've owned two Axes, very nice, but I wanted to "downgrade" to the EVH. No disrespect, huh?

dwf1004 is right -- I read the thread too quickly. My comments were more for the Axis, though I think they might be true for the EVH as well. Sorry to get your hopes up . I think the owners of the red tend to hold on to theirs. I actually would want a red one in addition to the purple. Greed is good.
