Does anyone know the part number for the toggle swith on the EVH / Axis model ?

Even if you got the switch, you'd want the custom PCB attached to it. Contact Customer Service and get the info from them.

I know, i have ordered them before, and the pcb is attached to the switch. i just need to get the part number so as to order up some more.

It's an M05434 and includes the PCB. Contact your local dealer.... probably Merchant City Music or Strings & Things

I know this is blasphemy, but when my EVH toggle switch broke, I just replaced it with a standard Les Paul switch. It's been working fine ever since.
