I found that I mostly have my guitar vol. on 10 all the time to keep my highs up and the bite in there.I want to switch out the original pot. for one that doesn't cut the highs out as you turn down. Any suggestions or info. guys? Thanks

It's not the pot's fault - this is just something that naturally happens on guitars as you decrease the resistance at the output. The quick solution is to solder a small capacitor across the volume put (from input to output). Try a value between 100 pf and 330 pf. Best bet is to just touch the capacitor across the lugs with the volume turned down and you'll instantly hear the difference. Once you're happy with the cap value, solder it in.

seymour duncan has a suggestion for that. its on their site but i dont remeber where. you could check that out. im pretty sure the specify a value as well.
