Hey guys....cobalts are awesome on the 6'ers....but what about the extended range guys? Any word on 7 and 8 string sets being planned? If so on the 8's, howsabout a set of 9's w/ a 72 for the Low F#?

I've been using Ernie Ball Stainless Slinky strings for years and recently tried a set of Cobalts on my new Ace Frehley Budokan Les Paul...I LOVE THEM!!!

To me, they sound just as bright as the Stainless Slinky's but with a more vibrant tone somehow, I can't quite put my finger on it but I do know I like them more than the Stainless Slinky's. I tune down to B standard and buy my strings from juststrings.com and put together my own sets.

I'd love to see Ernie Ball offer the Cobalts in single sets, just like all their other types. I use .011, .016, .020p, .030, .042, .052. Make it happen guys!
