Help! Extremely low output on Bridge Pickup

I have had a Majesty guitar for some time now, and use it somewhat frequently. Recently while playing I switched to the bridge pickup and got what I thought was no output. Turns out the output is extremely low and thin sounding. Neck pickup and Piezo pickups work fine. Tried new batteries, tried the reset procedure with no change. Anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

Maybe an issue with the wiring? Five the customer support a ring and they'll guide you through the process. You could also have a tech check it out. If it's a wiring issue it should be pretty easy to spot.

Hello Smurf, this is a bit old but did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue with the neck pickup. Pickup itself seems good.
